Pre-transfer stuff!
What did or do all you ladies do during the two weeks before your transfers? I had a successful FET back in 2018, but I kind of forget all that I did! So far, I’m trying to eat/drink all the good circulatory/blood thinning foods— pomegranate juice, dark chocolate, citrus, mixed nuts, good fats, and maybe the occasional small glass of red wine since it’s a natural blood thinner, too. I’ve scheduled my massage and facial the day before my transfer (I did this first time around) and trying to do some light cardio throughout the week. Any other suggestions on food/drink or activities?
