Goals

Started my weight loss journey. I'm fast paced walking 2-3 miles a day while holding 5lbs weights and doing arm excercises while walking. Also doing floor core exercises and squats all using the 5lbs weights. I plan to increase the weights when my body is ready. My goal is to lose 35-40 lbs. I'm not looking for drastic muscle really toned results I dont have the dedication or strength for that. Wish I did. Lol but how long do you think it would take to lose 40lbs ? Also i am eating very clean. Very low carb no sugar or processed stuff just meat and veggies. I hope to lose the weight by May/June. Is that a realistic goal or are my expectations to high?
