Membrane sweep, how quick did it work for you?

I had my first stretch and sweep yesterday, my cervix was closed so she never managed a full sweep but I was just wondering how long did it take for you to go into labour? And how many sweeps did you have?

I had 4 with each of my previous pregnancies. I was determined to get baby out haha. With both babies I went into labour 2 days after the 4th sweep.

My midwife told me today when I asked about a sweep that after they do it you need to go home and do the deed for it to be most effective.... hoping they will do it Monday!!

I had a sweep with my last and was in full blown labor in 24-48 hours.

I had my done on Monday and still nothing 😭😭😭

I had one yesterday around 9 am.  Had my baby by 5:45 pm.
