Before and after 10k steps daily
Hey guys! I have been struggling with weight loss forever especially after my son. I have tried a billion diets and workouts. I would start and end up back to zero or more. I Have finally found something I love and can stick to! I am eating 1200 cals a day and walking 10k steps daily outdoors. I love it. It is so refreshing. I love it soooo much. I have been doing this for the past two months. I feel physically better but psychologically better as well. I will continue! I have lost 19 pounds, and now need to lose another 25! Good luck!
