Tips on Telling a New Employer?

Just started my job a week and a half ago. I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and have no idea how to spill the beans, especially since I'm on probation for two months. Tips? Advice?

you really don't have it to tell them if you don't want it personal information but if you do tell them they can't do anything because it's against the law the fire are treat you any different .. but i just pull my boss to the side and said that i was expecting and just wanted them to have the paperwork on file so when i go to take my maternity leave i don't have to do alot of running around.. the paperwork i am talking about it just poof of pregnancy￼￼￼￼￼ but every company is different about needing poof of pregnancy mines needed it because i use to left heavy boxes

They'll be pissed but do it sooner rather than later.

They will probably not be happy seeing that you went through a whole hiring process and did not tell them. And while on probation you’re an at will employee so it would have been best to be upfront. I guess there’s no easy way but to just be upfront and let your management know
