Girls, help me out.

I've been following my ovulation using ovulation tests and also keeping an eye on my CM. Well, I noticed egg white CM a day before my ovulation strips identified peak day. (Although, they showed low fertility until one day which showed high and then back down to low aka it didn't fade in or out - is that normal? Previous months they have got darker and then lighter after?) Anyways, I've had egg white CM twice (two separate occasions) since peak ovulation in the same cycle. Is this normal? I thought egg white CM only showed up when I ovulate? I'm 2 days away from my period, and had egg white today! Had a few cramps for the past few days. Anyone knows what this means? Think my body is broken! 🙈
