brittany • Married💕 1 angle baby and pregnant with our rainbow due August 2022 by IVF! 💉

My fiance's sperm count is 571 million.. I have one tube closed and no other issues. We have been ttc for a year! Why is it so damn hard? 😔 anyone else's significant other have a very high sperm count and cant seem to conceive?
