I just had my second and have the opportunity To stay home with both my girls.

I love my job and they are very flexible, I also make great money. However, My husband was given a huge promotion and basically will surpass our current income level.

I can’t decide if I should stay at home and watch my kids or go back to work. If I go back, we would hire a nanny. Is it worth paying someone to watch my kids. Any sahm have advice?

I’m so torn because if I leave my career I will never be back where I am currently, but I hate paying someone to take care of my babies and missing out on time with them.
