Only 21 days? Counting from day 1 of AF to the start of your next AF? That's definitely on the short range for a "regular" cycle, so your luteal phase could be shorter than optimal, which is around 14 days.
You might want to order some OPKs to pin down when you ovulate (12-36 hours after a positive OPK).
But without looking at a BBT chart or using OPKs and/or tracking CM, you can only guess that your probably ovulate around CD 7.
