Changing time?

I'm starting a new job soon and I will be going to work a few hours earlier than I currently do and that will interfere with when I take my pill. Any advice on safely changing the time I take it? Thanks!

If you are changing to an earlier time you can do it at any time. If you're changing to a later time, the best thing to do is to cut your next break short by one day and start with the next pack.

I was on the pill for almost 3 years the kind where you don't have a period and I took it at all different times of the day but I never missed one and I never became pregnant or had a period because of it. If you take it at the same time every day your more likely to remember because it becomes part of a routine and thus your less likely to get pregnant because you've taken it.
