It's a hit and miss. I worked at subway and saw that they didnt always check temps or change out meats like needed. If it has mayo mixed in I'd be careful. I just had a turkey sub from there and was fine but really wanted the tuna but didnt feel like taking the risk.

I would probably not trust seafood from subway, however, it's not lunch meat and isnt particularly high risk for listeria contamination, so if you want it I'd just go get one. I'd be more worried I'd get some other sort of food poisoning 😂
