Is The Yoga Ball Worth it?

I am 34 weeks pregnant tomorrow and am darn curious if the yoga ball is even worth the $15 purchase. I know it’s not a lot but I don’t want another thing around my apartment that is useless.

Love mine for hip pain and helping him engage. Will NOT induce labor, but helps him be in an optimal position for when labor does start.

I am 36 weeks and I’ve been using mine almost every day. I’m still working and it helps relieve a lot of my hip and back pain at the end of the day.

I loved mine even when I wasn’t pregnant. I love it even more now that I am. I have a weighted one and I used it for home work outs pre pregnancy and I’ll use it again after. I’m also a touch hyper active so I love to just bounce on it and watch tv for an hour. Definitely worth it In my opinion since you can continue to use it after pregnancy.
