So I LOVE my SIL! We get along SO well and she is amazing and now expecting her first bubba! I’m so bloody excited for her and I was the first person she told! That just how close we are! She is due in July and it is just baby fever in the family at the moment 😍

Anyways. I keep my cards close to my chest when it comes to names. Always kinda have as I don’t like name drama and what not plus we love surprises! We didn’t find out the gender with our first and aren’t with this baby either!

This is our second baby, but my husband and I have only just now began discussing names as we unfortunately had two losses and this pregnancy being a bit surreal if that makes sense...? Anyways one of the names I liked for a boy was Dean. Our son is Kade and I thought that Dean was a really nice name and matched well with Kade!

Well... on the phone to my SIL and she starts talking names for her bub, she also isn’t finding out the sex and says that for her possible boy a middle name she likes is Dean as its a mix of her grandparents names. My heart sank... i didn’t say anything and I haven’t shared my name that I like so it isn’t like she is ‘stealing’ it by any stretch! And I mean what really are the chances we both have boys! BUT would I look like a real asshat if I went with Dean anyways? I do have a back up name Luke but that is also their first cousins name. I don’t think he would care AT ALL plus he is one of the sweetest guys I know. But ideally I do like Dean first. Opinions please?
