Calling emergency services for a free ride?

Long post. Little bit of a back story so it's easier to understand. The train station is a 10 min walk from our place, the hospital is next to it. I'm in Australia, It's usually free for ambulance if you're covered. Okay so my brothers friend stayed here last night, came from out of town. Anyway she had to get to the train station at 5am to get home early for some reason. It's 4am, I'm sitting outside having a cigarette and an ambulance pulls up. I'm very confused. They get out and ask if I'm okay. I said yes, is there a problem? They said we've had a young female caller with breathing difficulties. I said I'll be back in a sec. Go to my brothers room and she's smoking weed, laughing and jumping around. Definitely no breathing difficulties. I asked her if she called and she went outside putting on a big act. My brother has autism, he didn't really understand what was going on. He said she didn't want to walk to the train station? Like wtf. She got to the hospital, left straight away to the train station. Like how is this okay? It's so wrong. A baby could of stopped breathing, someone could be having a heart attack ect and they are being held up by this stupid shit. Let them get to those who need. Just needed to rant
