The cramps kind of feel like af cramps but lighter and are on and off. Currently 6-7dpo yesterday was cramping more frequently than today. I usually dont start pms this soon 
Boobs haven been sensitive since ovulation but getting heavier they probably grew a size and are sooo sore

Milky cm isn't exactly a sign for pregnancy, and is often seen before or after af.
Breast soreness can happen for many reasons throughout our cycles.
It's best not to symptom spot.
Implantation doesn't usually happen until 6-12dpo. With 8-10 dpo having the highest success rate. It's much too early for symptoms. Take a pregnancy test, if it's positive, you probably ovulated much sooner and these may very well be symptoms of pregnancy. If it's negative, it's much too early for these to be any reason for you to think you're pregnant. Test again in a few days (3+)

I had pretty moderate cramps at 7 dpo, started off mild on the evening of 6 and settled down on 8, also had a temp drop on 6 dpo, rose a little on 7 and back up again on 8, hoping it’s all good, I don’t have sore boobs but my nipples are slowly stinging more and more each day
Currently 10 dpo and still testing negative
