I’m 5 days away from Aunt Flo and I ran out of pregnancy tests so I tried a ovulation strip and it came out positive ?

More red in person but do they always turn that way no matter what ?

I can't really tell if the opk is positive, but it looks it. Take a pregnancy test. A preg. Test would be positive in most instances before an opk.
Also you could be just now ovulating. Our bodies sometimes try to ovulate more than once per cycle if the previous one failed to happen.

You usually get an lh surge before your period.
