What do you drink at Starbucks?

Sorry probably dumb but curious what you guys order at Starbucks with GD?? I love their almond milk but it’s sweetened and I’m still new to this so idk what’s okay or not ha I hate the taste of sugar free stuff and to me it taste sweeter than normal sugar. Thanks!

I get the Passion Tango Iced Tea Unsweetened and it never spikes my sugars 😁

Depends what you like but a Misto is tea with steamed milk (I like chai) you might get away with 1 pump of a regular shot - you can try and see.

Vanilla bean frap with cinnamon in the cup. I drank a venti and my sugar was only at 124 when I took it... don’t know if that’s normal but, I’ve decided to stick to medium ones from now on if I go to Starbucks...

I got a grande decaf iced mocha with non fat milk and no whipped cream this week. First one I’ve had since being diagnosed. I used that as my “snack” between breakfast and lunch and numbers were good after lunch.

Venti iced coffee no classic (its basically liquid sugar) light ice, heavy whipping cream, 3 pumps sf vanilla, 2 pumps skinny mocha sauce, 4 stevia double blended (makes it like a frap) 🤤

Americano (half caffeine) with sugar free vanilla - it's great hot or cold!

I’ve been getting steamed milk with two pumps of vanilla. I like it and it doesn’t make my numbers spike.
