Weird sensation near sternum

I have like a weird sensation where my sternum is, legit right below it. It’s like a tapping sensation almost? It’s so weird, and I don’t feel baby that high so I don’t know if this is him or not. It doesn’t hurt but it’s like a weird heart beating sensation
