Nursing during the night? Opinions please
Does anyone still do this? My daughter is 19 weeks and she has been sleeping like absolute shit!!
I thought we went through the sleep regression already (up every hour)...
Now she will have a bottle of formula before bed and then nurse for a couple minutes and fall asleep.
Usually she’d sleep from 8p-2a and wake up and then go back to sleep until like 530/6.
Now she sleeps 8-12 then I TRY a pacifier but she refuses and freaks out most the time so I sometimes give into nursing. Once she’s asleep I put her in her crib right next to me but then she wakes up an hour later. I do the same thing with the pacifier and it typically works but every time I put her back in the crib she wakes up an hour later. 😩😭
Sometimes I just give in and let her sleep on my chest or next to me in bed cause I’m so desperate for sleep before having to get up at 545 for work...
Does anyone have any suggestions?
She sleeps in the magic Merlin suit, the rooms cool, I have white noise, 🤷🏼♀️.
Should I not be nursing her as a last resort and just let her cry? I don’t know if I could do that 😩
