For congestion, runny nose, cough? 🙏
I know people have posted about this, but I keep scrolling and not finding anything. I wish we could search within groups.

This really helped my LO for his cough.

Saline drops in the nose.... wait 1-2 minutes and then bulb suction out. This was recommended by my pediatrician and works well! Also humidifier where baby sleeps.

Agree with the hot shower steam and saline/suction. Also, extra bottles/nursing and lots of cuddles! I hope your LO feels better soon ♥️

I take my baby in the bathroom while I take a hot hot hot shower and let her sit upright in the steam. Also, I bundle her up and take her outside for a bit. Even if it’s just a small walk. Sometimes breathing in the cold air helps the cough.

She’s had a few colds & we’re tried a lot of things. These have been the most helpful!

These wipes work better than those boogie wipes & smell better! & we use the drops in her bath.

We found that this must works so much better than the drops/spray. So much easier to use on a squirmy babe.

I prefer this over the nose frida. The way the end is shaped fits in her nose way better & I feel like it just works so much better. 
Also a humidifier is huge. If I forget to turn ours on it’s like any progress we made is gone.

Not sure what you’ve tried yet, but we use Zarabees ointment that is like Vick’s and a cool mist humidifier.
