Does anyone else eat the same foods everyday? What foods?
I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I still have horrible food aversions!
I have been eating the same things everyday!!!! Cuz everything else just makes me feel sick!
Bagel with cream cheese
Fruits (bananas apples and mellons)
Pizza
Tortalini
Cheese quesadilla
I’ll mix it up and add some sort of muffin or somthing sweet. Or random stuff my nutritionist makes me eat tostay healthy and gain weight, But that’s my basics.
Also I am seeing a nutritionist and have added more protein and stuff to my diet buuuuut those are my mains.
Anyone else? If so what are you craving?
Honestly idek if ide call them cravings more than just what I can handle lol.
Just finished a bowl of tortellini and 2 TBs of kerrygold butter... with protein choc milk shake ..... sooo good.
