So this guy has been in my life for about 10 years now, on & off & i had a miscarriage a lil bit ago but while that was happening I wasn’t tlking to him we had broke it off but now its been a few months now & now we are back together, should i tell him?

Was it his? If so yes, you should tell him. He has a right to know that he lost a child as well. I hate how women act like the father of the child isn't important and that this doesn't affect them. It didn't just happen to you.
