More Fertile After HSG Test?

I just got the HSG test done this week! While I was reading up on it ahead of the appointment (you know, to freak myself out about all the details 😅) I kept reading about how you can be more likely to conceive the 3 months following the test if your tubes are clear. So, I am wondering if this is just a myth or if anyone here has has unexplained infertility and conceived after their HSG test? Or is it just silly myth?

It's not really a myth but the only circumstances it's true is if there are no other issues and there was some minor, easily moved blockage that the dye cleared. Theres really no way for the dr to tell if it cleared any minor issues, but it cant clear a blocked tube. 
But if you have other issues related to ovulation or male factor issues, even if the dye clears your tubes, it wont make you more fertile. Had mine in November , 3 medicated cycles, 2 with iuis since and nothing.
