How do I get rid of milk blisters? I previously had mastitis on left boob and was on antibiotics for 20 days since the first type didn’t work (first ten days) and now I have milk blisters and a lump in my breast. I pump for 20min and half an ounce comes out while the other side produces 3-4oz. She is breastfed and it is EXCRUCIATING on the left but I try to continue nursing normally. She has a shallow latch and we’ve had breastfeeding problems since birth. It hurts so bad I have severe nerve and chest pains and it even gives me an upset stomach.

Side note: I’ve tried salt bath, heat pack, hot showers, sunflower lecithin, vinegar.
