Pregnant or not pregnant?

I missed my period by a week. Every early pregnancy symptom there is I have it! Took a digital test and got a positive. Went to the ER for pain 12 hours later on my left side. (Ovarian cyst type of pain) was told I was not pregnant by the dr. However the ultrasound tech talked as if I was pregnant saying I would be 5 weeks 2 days. It would be to early to see a heartbeat. Didn't come straight out and say anything but talked the entire time as if I was indeed pregnant. I wasn't ever able to see the screen. I noticed after my internal ultrasound I had some spotting. She said it was normal but wouldn't change anything. Went back to the room. The dr said everything showed as I wasn't pregnant but instead had a uti. I started having heavy bleeding the next day but it is now stopping and going. Not like a normal period. Could I still be pregnant? Early miscarriage? UTI caused the false positive? I am still having all my pregnancy symptoms. This would be my 4th pregnancy. With my last child I had a period for 2 months after I found out I was pregnant but my blood test confirmed I was pregnant and levels were low but rising. He's now a healthy 2 year old.

I'm so confused! Here's a picture of my at home test. I see an obgyn nurse next Friday. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen. The hospital couldn't explain why I got a positive result. Said I had no hcg. So how did I get a positive test if I have no hcg?!?
