Y'all my 30th birthday 🎉 was a couple of days ago. My DH and I had some plans with friends to celebrate that evening. I had just come off my period as well so after all the friends left I knew it would be on like Donkey Kong with some birthday sex. The point is, google has failed me. Mission: Smooth Operation was a roaring success for the first 24ish hours and now the novelty has worn off. All the previous rewards I mentioned before have made their presence known in a pleasurable and now in an uncomfortable way.

My question is, what the hell can I do to calm this shit down that won't hurt my chances of conception or change the PH in my vagina?

The most I have felt comfortable trying at this point is an oatmeal bath and that worked for about a day.
