Do you guys think I have a chance this month?

I basically had seeds in me all month long, sorry if that’s tmi. So I feel like this month could be it but at the same time I don’t have high expectations. The hearts are when we had sex.

My boobs have been hurting and my fiancé said that my nipples look different. If this is not my month I’m gonna be so sad and disappointed because I feel like I’ve been having so many symptoms. My fiancé also said that my hair on my cheeks has been growing more.
