It has been so bad! This week I have woken up with 2. One in each calf and they wont go away. Usually I can move my foot and they'll go away. Now when I move my foot, it's like more occur or it worsens to where I cant stop them! I have to get my husband to massage them while I am screaming in pain. 😂
