What kind of bite?

I’m assuming spider bite but what does anyone know kind of spider?? 9mo old baby.

Not sure if it’s related but my son woke up with two of these on his belly but he also had a fever and runny diapers, ended up having a bacterial infection 
I thought the top one looked just like a spider bite
