I use baby safe tips that don’t go far into the ear they just get the wax build up that is close to the opening of the ear.

Have you ever used to baby a tips to clean out the ears to get wax build up?

It looks like a normal baby ear to me, my son gets wax too and we clean it with a warm, damp cloth.

Hi there, my son also has a lot of wax buildup in his ears and we actually had to visit and ent doctor. He advised us to put a couple of drops of oil, any oil you have, and let it sit for a couple of minutes, then take a qtip to the edge of the ear to absorb the oil and earwax, now we haven’t tried it yet since baby had his ears vacuumed cleaned so I am not sure how affective it is
