Af 2 days late cm help please

So I am two days late and this is my cm today, and my back has been killing me(and cracking really easily all day long for about 3 days now) , having cramps and the weirdest pinching/cramping feeling under my ribs.... Any thoughts??? I am 16 dpo if that helps
