Trying to change my mindset

So lately I’ve been thinking of ways to change my mindset. So that I’m not always stressed or irritated.

It’s crazy, when I was a kid and for most of my teen years I was very optimistic, I never let anything or anyone get me down and I always looked at the bright side of things no matter how horrible I was feeling. It was such an amazing way to be but then as I got older I started to let stress get the best of me, I get irritated easily, I get upset easily, I get sad and overwhelmed on a daily basis and I’ve noticed this is not how I want to live my life so I’m going to try my hardest to look at the bright side of everything. I’m going to leave the dishes and laundry for later and focus on enjoying every moment with my baby and my 8 year old, I’m going to stop dwelling on the things my husband doesn’t do and start focusing on the good things he does do, I’m going to stop comparing myself to other girls and other moms on social media and start focusing on myself. Once I can change my mindset I will be a happier person.
