My new job wants me to start this Monday. I can put my resignation in today but don’t know if this is rude. I am going to tell them that unfortunately I am going to have to do half shifts for the remainder of my two weeks because this new job needs me to start right away. Is this a dick move? It’s an amazing opportunity for me and I don’t really like my current job but don’t want to burn any bridges.
