This is the first cycle in which I've started using ovusense (aka bbt). I am very irregular and oh so confused. When I've had my big spikes my opks were all negative.

I finally get a (i think) positive opk. Usually my opks will be a VERY dark positive so i don't believe this is my darkest positive but it is a start!

I usually will get my period 12-14 days after a dark positive opk.
