Sharp cramps in uterus?

I am 7DPO and just got some sharp cramps which were on and off. They seemed like they were in the area my uterus is. Has anyone had this and ended up being pregnant!?

Could be implantation.  I always feel it when I conceive, but some women don’t.  I don’t get too excited when I feel it though because sometimes implantation fails & I’ve ended up with chemical pregnancies too.  Hopefully it’s the real deal for you!!  BABYDUST ✨✨✨✨
