8 month old fever and vomiting

I'm pretty sure my 8 month old is teething. She has 2 bottom teeth already, and I thought I saw something on the top earlier.

She's had a fever on and off since yesterday (highest was 101.8), not sleeping, vomiting, and coughing.

Just now I had breastfed her, she wasn't really interested so didn't get much, and a few mins later she vomited very thick, it looked like oatmeal. Is that normal? I've never seen her have that consistency before.

She fake coughs a lot, but now I'm paranoid and am hoping she really is teething and not getting sick from the flu or something. Does this all sound normal?? She did have a raised temp with her first 2 teeth too
