Nap schedule?

My daughter has a crazy schedule lately. She will wake up at 4 in tbe morning ready to party and I'll finally get her back down by 5iah sometimes a little later. And then she is up for the day around 8-830.

She will take a nap around 12-12:30 and only sleep about 40 minutes.

Now if she takes another nap it will be around 4 and that's a little late to get her to bed. She will go to bed for the night around 830.

I would just drop to one nap but she only sleeps 40 minutes that's not enough sleep for an entire day.

I'm at a loss I don't know how to get her on a better schedule or how to get her to nap longer!
