I went to the emergency room at 14w5d for bleeding and sharp cramping in my pelvic area. The DR performed 3 ultrasounds (including vaginal) and stated to me my baby may have hydrocephalus and my cervix was slightly open. They didn’t really say anything else just to follow up with my primary OBGYN. I went in for my appointment today and gave her all of the reports and she didn’t seem concerned at all which kinda scared me. She told me that it was too soon for the other DR to diagnose my baby with that medical condition. She scheduled a follow up where she wants to do genetic testing. Should I be worried? The DRs at the emergency room made me feel like there was something seriously wrong with my baby but my DR brushed it off and didn’t seem to have any concerns. I’m very worried😢I just want a happy healthy baby.
