Double standard?

Does anyone have a problem with a man leaving the toilet seat up? 
In my opinion he could be like “well you left the toilet seat down” 
It doesn’t bother me but I was wondering y’alls opinion

I've been with my husband for 11 years, I can honestly say in those 11 years he's only left the seat up maybe 3 times, twice for sure. Of course it's cold as hell if he does but it doesn't really bother me.

I have a problem with the toilet seat being left up because when I get up in the middle of the night, the last thing I want to do is turn the light on in the bathroom. I know my way in the dark to the toilet so when I sit down, I’d rather not fall in.
