Cramps

So im either 7-8 dpo and i started feeling cramps that felt like it was going to be strong but then it wasn’t painful. It felt like it was sore ... Its hard to describe. Also my nipples are so painful that even walking as they rub in my bra hurts ... has anybody ended up with a bfp with these symptoms ?
