Twin symptoms?

How do you know if you are having twins?   5 weeks and I am already hungry, tired, sleepy, metallic taste.

Right off the bat same I was super exhausted always napping when I had a chance, my appetite was crazy I was eating anything I could get my hands on. I found out at 9 weeks we were having twins and it all made sense! I'm lucky I never suffered from any morning sickness. Only nausea I got was when I didnt eat for a period of time. Then the bad hit when that pelvic pain hit from my growing loves and I've had pelvic girdle pain since about 14ish weeks and it only got worse. But its all so worth it and I thank god everyday for blessing me with not just 1 but 2 babies ❤❤ I wish you allll the luck and if you ever wanna chat just message!

Ultrasound. There are no symptoms that indicate multiples. Some women have really strong and bad symptoms with singletons, twins, triplets and so on. Others don’t. During my pregnancy I had zero symptoms the entire 37 weeks.

Those are normal symptoms for any pregnancy. There’s no way to know you’re having twins until you see 2 babies on an ultrasound.
