HELP PLEASE

I have been testing opks twice a day and still haven’t gotten a positive. I’m on CD 16 and have had EWCM the last two days (yesterdays even had some random blood - sorry TMI). Am I having an anovulatory cycle? I had a miscarriage in Oct and had 6 days of mid cycle bleeding last month.
