Silly questions but what order do I diaper change and feed and burp in the middle of the nightb? I feel like I never do it right

If I change his diaper first so that if he falls asleep nursing then often he poops again while feeding and I have to change again anywya

If I feed first and then diaper change and he falls asleep nursing then he’s annoyed im waking him up to diaper change or if I try to feed a little and then change And he just spit up everywhere when I tried diapering after getting a little burp

Last night I changed his diaper 3 times and fed on both sides and he pooped alll over both of us in the course of 1-4 am 🧐😩 that was a looonnggg wake up stretch 😟

Also do u feed on. Both sides at night ? I’m so full after he goes a long stretch that diapers change and rebfeed on same side seems milky enough but then my other side is so full for next one and pergolas that’s why he’s spitting up so easily in the middle of the night or early morning feed cuz she’s chugging from my fast let down from being so full? I tried to empty a little on wash cloth but he’s hungry and doesn’t wanna wait too long 😟
