Unisom for morning sickness

So I just started taking unisom at night along with B6, 4 times a day. Did anyone have to take unisom during the day as well? It's helping my nausea but it's not enough. I'm a SAHM and taking care of my 11 month old. I'm so sick I can't do anything. The unisom does not make me sleepy..
