PMS or Early pregnancy
Have been trying to conceive and today four days before my period saw some spotting (dark red to brown) with severe cramps and backache.. had nausea and vomiting right after I woke up. Been feeling very uneasy. Not sure if it’s PMS or symptoms of pregnancy..
