I feel so gross
Gaining weight while pregnant is so hard for me to deal with. I know it’s going to happen and it’s totally healthy plus I have forever to lose it after the baby but I’m already up 10lbs at 22+3. I’m so nervous for the rest of these 18 weeks. I’m still eating healthy and working out but I feel like I’m just gaining so much. Plus my mom keeps reminding me that her and my sister never gained a lot during their pregnancies so “you shouldn’t either”. We’re all around the same height (5’2”) and all of our first pregnancies we were around the same weight (125-130lbs). Last night I mentioned I was up 10lbs and her and my sister’s reactions were “wow already?” 😩
The only thing keeping me from being completely down is reminding myself of my friend who was same height and weight who gained 44lbs during her pregnancy while doing a clean diet and crossfit until she gave birth.
