So a little info. My daughter is 8 and my son is 1. So, my husband's family believes girls should never be punished ever. I've been told to not just spank, but hit and bite my son as punishment and I'm too easy on him. Again he's one. My daughter on the other hand has not listened to any adults all dah. She has ignored my husband abd I all day. I asked her to watch my son long enough for me to pull banana bread out of the oven. I opened the oven and turned around and he's about to reach out for the oven. I closed the oven quickly and yelled at her for being so reckless. I explained why she needed to distract her brother. Well there were some of my husband's family members around but they can't be bothered to help in any way shape or fashion. They threatened to turn me into CPS for being so harsh to her. The same people who want me to hit and bite a one year old. I wish I could get away from them.
