Is Fever early sign of pregnancy?

I'm at my 8dpo, and had fever, cold and cough at 6dpo, 7dpo and 8dpo. Are these the early sign of pregnancy?

A day before my bfp I had a really runny nose and felt awful. I hadn't been sick period that week or even before. Don't let anyone tell you the norm for symptoms. Every woman is different! Good luck xx
