Horrible periods.
Does anyone else have horrible periods? Cramps my first two days are horrid and I cry, I have clots the size of my pinky, and I dont have a "normal" schedule. I've been off birth control for 2 years now and I do not want back on it. Just curious if anyone has some tips or advice, if they're going though the same.
