Getting off Birth control
I was on the pill for 4 years but I’ve been off it for a month, due to health insurance reasons lol. But I was supposed to get my period on feb 6th (following my cycle on birth control) I’ve been having cramping but no spotting or signs of period.
How long does it take for your cycle to get back to normal? When should I expect my period ? Also what side effects have you guys had when stopping birth control?
